James P. (Jim) Bradley provides advisory services to the healthcare industry, often serving as Executive Board Chairman of early to intermediate stage healthcare companies. He currently serves as a Director or Chairs the Boards of four such companies. In addition to his role at AdhereHealth, he sits on the Board of IcarioHealth. Based in the Twin Cities, the Company works to engage patients and reward healthy behavior on behalf of payers and at risk providers. Equiscript, based in Charleston, provides pharmacy management services to safety net providers and their patients. Mr. Bradley also Chairs the Board of VyncaCare, a supportive care provider which utilizes a hybrid approach to aid primary care physicians and specialists in their care for seriously ill patients that don’t have adequate access to care due to geographic location or various social or economic disadvantages.
He has Chaired the Board of a number of companies leading to very successful exits. Mr. Bradley Chaired the Board of AbilityNetwork, and helped facilitate significant revenue and EBITDA growth resulting in the company’s sale to Summit Partners, a prominent healthcare private equity firm based in Boston. During the same period, he chaired the Board of Wellpartner, a New York City based pharmacy administration services company sold to CVS. He served as the Board Chair of Apixio which was acquired by Centene Corporation. After the sale of Apixio, Mr. Bradley served as the Chair of Centene’s Healthcare Enterprises Board which oversaw many of Centene’s non-healthplan business units. And most recently, he Chaired the Board of Diameter Health through its exit to become part of Availity.
Other experience includes Chairing the Board of Trustees of the University of Minnesota Medical Center, and an assignment in which he served as Northrop Grumman’s Program Director of their Nationwide Health Information Network initiative sponsored by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology of the US Department of Health and Human Services.
Mr. Bradley was the founding CEO of RxHub. RxHub (now Surescripts) is a healthcare technology company that has developed a nationwide electronic information exchange connecting prescribers, pharmacies and pharmacy benefit managers in order to permit the sharing of prescription, medication history, and benefit information between them.
Before RxHub, Mr. Bradley was a senior executive at McKesson Corporation, where he was responsible for technology strategy and reported to McKesson’s CEO. He was Chairman, CEO and founder of Abaton.com, Inc., a developer of web-based physician connectivity services and applications, which he sold to McKesson. Jim was also the Chief Information Officer of United HealthCare Corporation (UNH) and before that ran operations for the Northern half of the U.S for Aetna’s managed care plans as part of a joint venture with Voluntary Hospitals of America (VHA).
Mr. Bradley’s not-for-profit Board service includes the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) best known for accreditation of health plans and the developer of the Hedis measures that are used by CMS in rating the performance of health plans and at risk providers. Mr. Bradley chaired the NCQA Board from 2002 through 2005, and also was Chair of the Health Data Consortium (former sponsor of the Health DataPalooza annual conference) where he worked closely with the U.S. Health and Human Services staff to promote the use of data to improve healthcare. He has also served on the Board of Research Foundation of the American Society of Health System Pharmacy and was the Co-Chair of WEDI, the Workgroup on Electronic Data Interchange which was formed by then Secretary of HHS, Louis Sullivan, and which drafted the legislation which was to become known as HIPAA.
Mr. Bradley has lectured on health policy and health information technology topics at Washington University, Harvard, Wharton, the University of California, the University of Hawaii, the University of Illinois, and the University of Minnesota.
Chief Strategy Officer
Kempton leads a multi-disciplinary analytics, product, and strategy team to meet current and future market needs using all enterprise data combined with a framework of subject matter intelligence. With 12 years of tenure at Adhere, he has also led account management and other operations teams for the company.
With two decades of healthcare payor experience, Kempton previously worked at Anthem (now Elevance) where he received the New York Presidents’ Award and participated in the Emerging Leader Program. He serves as an Adjunct Professor at Vanderbilt University, was a Lecturer at Columbia University, and has co-authored work published in the Journal of Biomedical Informatics. He holds a BA in Economics from Washington & Lee University, a Master’s in Public Health from Columbia University and a Master’s in Medical Informatics from Northwestern University.
Kempton currently serves on the Board of the Center for Living and Learning, the Board of the Blake McMeans Foundation, the Board of Elders at Woodmont Christian Church, and the Alumni Board of Montgomery Bell Academy. Previously, he served on the Board of United Cerebral Palsy of Middle TN, was Chair of the Board of Friends Life Community, was Treasurer of the Percy Priest Elementary PTO and was Alumni Chair for Montgomery Bell Academy’s Annual Fund giving campaign.
In his free time, Kempton plays the dobro in the Nashville-based band, the GreenHillsbillies.

Glenn Wirick brings nearly 30 years of industry experience to his role at AdhereHealth. Leveraging his track record of building successful SaaS and technology-driven commercial organizations, he is responsible for leading Sales and Marketing, with a focus on maximizing revenue outcomes through elevated go-to-market strategies and execution.
Leveraging a multifaceted background in technology, healthcare, sales, marketing, business development, product management and executive leadership, Wirick’s specialty is building high-performing commercial teams that exceed revenue targets. His servant-leadership approach empowers and rewards success through data-driven, revenue-focused team alignment.
Prior to joining AdhereHealth, Glenn served as Chief Revenue Officer / Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at two organizations, where he was responsible for leading business acquisition integration, building global sales and marketing teams, and driving revenue growth.
Glenn holds a B.S. in Marketing with an emphasis in Sales & Product Management from Arizona State University.
Chief Financial Officer
Pat is a strategic leader skilled in aligning finance and operations to drive organizational objectives. As the SVP of Finance and Accounting, he oversees the financial reporting, cash management and FP&A functions for AdhereHealth.
Prior to joining AdhereHealth, he held various finance and operational leadership roles with Parallon and Change Healthcare. Most recently, while at Parallon, Pat led all financial functions for the Nashville Shared Services Center as the Controller. While at Change Healthcare, Pat was the finance leader for the Technology Enabled Services business and oversaw a reorganization of the operations team that included the creation of a business intelligence team that brought to light key leading indicators across a diverse group of businesses. Early in his career, Pat worked in the investment management industry on an institutional trade desk at OppenheimerFunds.
Pat holds a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University and an MBA in Accounting and Strategy from Vanderbilt University.
Chief Legal & Risk Officer
J.R.’s legal background spans a range of disciplines including contract negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, and financial analysis. Managing large-scale, multi-personnel projects, business financials, risk management for C-Corporations and LLCs, in addition to business strategy and corporate compliance.
J.R. has worked on legal teams with the Walmart Corporation, Bassett Law Firm, and LogoGarden.com.
J.R. is a graduate from the University of Arkansas, School of Law, where he had a number of accomplishments both inside and outside the classroom. Prior to attending law school J.R. graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelors in Philosophy. While at Arkansas State University he was a two-sport varsity letterman in both Football and Track. J.R. received a Masters in Business Administration from Tennessee Tech University with a concentration in Finance.

Emmett Bane brings 20 years of human resources (HR) experience to his role as Senior Vice President, HR. He is a results-driven executive with a proven success record in recruitment, retention and development of key talent to support superior business performance. Specialties include leadership development, mergers and acquisitions, people analytics, change management, employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and total rewards.
Prior to joining AdhereHealth, Emmett served in key strategic HR leadership functions at healthcare companies including UHS, Akumin, Alliance HealthCare, and SantaFe HealthCare.
Emmett holds a B.A. in Business Administration/Economics from King University and an MBA with HR Concentration from East Tennessee State University. He also is a Certified Professional in TTI Success Factors Behavioral Analysis (DISC) and holds HR certifications from the HR Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and from the Society of Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
