AdhereHealth Welcomes Jason Rose as Chief Executive Officer

Rose Brings Depth in Healthcare Technology, Value-Based Care and Innovation

BRENTWOOD, TN, March 6, 2018 – AdhereHealth, a leading medication adherence technology solutions company, announced today that Jason Rose has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and member of its board of directors. Rose will build upon the company’s leading data-driven technologies while expanding upon its value-based care initiatives.

AdhereHealth’s Chairman, Frank Coliano, stated, “After a thorough and thoughtful search process, we are thrilled to have Jason join us as CEO and a member of our board. Jason brings a stellar leadership reputation, a wealth of healthcare technology experience, and a lifelong passion for innovation – all of which are critical components in the evolution of our company.”

“We could not have arrived at this point in our business without the careful guidance and leadership from Bob Yeager,” states Coliano. “Since January of 2013, Bob has been both an inspiration and catalyst for growth which is why we are grateful that he will remain on the Board of Directors.”

According to Yeager, “The board, including myself, has always had a strong focus on succession planning. We initiated the formal CEO succession process many months ago, searching to find the best leader for our employees, customers, partners and shareholders. We all agree that person is Jason. I’m equally pleased to continue my support of this incredible company into the future.”

“I’m grateful that my father’s mission to change the industry from a ‘get sick’ to a ‘get well’ business will continue under the direction of Jason,” stated Board Member Stuart McWhorter, son of the late Clayton McWhorter, founder of AdhereHealth. “We were incredibly fortunate to have Bob guide the company for the past 5 years and thankful that Jason will continue to advance AdhereHealth into the future.”

Rose joins AdhereHealth with nearly twenty-five years of healthcare technology experience with extensive background leading, innovating and scaling healthcare solutions, including several high growth companies. As former Chief Strategic Development Officer and Executive Vice President at Inovalon, he led the development, launch and an expansion of the company’s product and technology presence across the healthcare marketplace. Rose also worked previously at companies such as Inspiris, Ardent Health Services, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Cerner.

“I’m extremely excited to join the AdhereHealth team,” said Rose. “PharmMD combines data-driven medication adherence solutions, a strong client base, amazingly talented people and demonstrated healthcare outcomes that drive value. I look forward to working with this great team, having a lot of fun, and leading AdhereHealth through its next phase.”
